At Barfield Country Store, we understand that mistakes can happen. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed on our website.

Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing the order.

Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible to return the item(s) in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame:

  • Your order will be canceled
  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after confirmation

I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It?

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation within the allowed cancellation window.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible items may be returned once delivered, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order
  • If the order has already shipped, address changes or cancellations may not be possible

Address changes are handled on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.
