Refund & Return Policy
At Barfield Country Store, our mission is to provide carefully selected vintage clothing along with dependable customer service at every step. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason, your order does not meet expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be clear, fair, and stress-free.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
Return Method
All returns are accepted by mail only. We do not currently accept in-store returns for online purchases.
Return Label
A return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns that meet our return criteria.
If a return is due to customer error or change of mind, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
To return an item:
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging
- Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package
- Drop off the package at the shipping carrier listed on the label

Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for approved returns that meet our return conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the item and packaging
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
- Email the photos and your order details to: [email protected]
Requests submitted after 7 days or without proper documentation may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
